Indaco from The Indigo Road Hospitality Group maintains an exclusively Italian-forward wine program, a rarity in Atlanta. Beverage manager Harper Miller curates a list that spans Italian varietals from Piedmont to Sicily, with by-the-glass options alongside deeper bottle selections. The concept is everyday Italian: approachable pricing on wines selected to complement handmade pastas and wood-fired pizza rather than overwhelm them.
BeltLine Eastside Trail location with a patio bar serving seasonal cocktails that lean into Italian aperitivos. A three-course family-style tasting menu is available daily. Complimentary validated parking is a nice bonus for a BeltLine restaurant. The atmosphere is casual, energetic, and designed for repeat visits.
Indaco delivers a reliable all-Italian wine program at accessible prices in one of Atlanta's best locations. Not the deepest Italian list in the city (that title goes to La Grotta), but the most casual and BeltLine-friendly.
✔️ The Bottom Line
Indaco puts an all-Italian wine program on the BeltLine with handmade pasta and approachable pricing. Reliable, well-curated, and perfectly located for a casual Italian evening.
West Midtown · Atlanta · Alpine / European
Avize is doing something genuinely rare in Atlanta: building a short wine list with actual conviction, pointed straight at the corners of Europe that deserve more attention. If you eat here and don't order something you've never heard of, you're doing it wrong.

By George is a fine place to drink wine if you know what you're walking into — a curated-but-safe list built for a stylish crowd that wants rosé and bubbles without friction. Come for the Crémant and the Tavel; don't expect to find anything that'll make you rethink your relationship with wine.

Nine Mile Station isn't a destination for wine nerds, but it's a perfectly decent place to drink something cold and recognizable while the Atlanta skyline does the heavy lifting. Come for the view, drink the Crémant, ignore the Rombauer.

Vin Atl is doing something most Atlanta wine bars aren't: curating a short list with genuine intention instead of padding it with safe bets. At these prices, it's worth a stop even if you only come for one bottle.

St. Julep is a place to drink wine, not a place to drink well. If you're here for the skyline and the scene, pour the rosé and enjoy it — just don't come expecting the list to surprise you.

The James Room is a cocktail bar first and a wine destination never — but the list is competent enough to get you through a bottle without frustration. Come for the atmosphere, order the Cava or the Sancerre, and let the cocktail menu handle the heavy lifting.

Enoteca Nostrana is the kind of Italian wine list that makes Portland look punching well above its weight — deep in the right regions, staffed by people who actually know what's in the cellar, and anchored by a glass program that gives you access to serious producers without committing to a full bottle. Il Palio is doing something genuinely rare in the Triangle: a thoughtfully curated, all-Italian list with real depth and a sommelier who knows what's in those bottles. Markups lean steep at the upper end, but if you navigate smartly, this is one of the better wine experiences in the Carolinas.
