The list splits cleanly between Grande Marque Champagne and accessible sparkling alternatives. On the prestige end, you've got Pol Roger Brut Reserve, Billecart-Salmon in both Brut and Rosé, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, and Ruinart Brut Rosé — legitimate heavy hitters. Ruinart Brut Rosé
