The list leans toward France and Champagne with a Sonoma foothold — a curation that tells you this isn't a crowd-pleasing afterthought. A dedicated focus on fewer, better-chosen regions beats a sprawling list of mediocre names every single time, and Bon Vivant seems to understand that.
