Barcelona boasts one of the largest Spanish wine programs in the United States. That is a significant claim for what feels like a neighborhood tapas joint. The wine list earned a White Star rating from Star Wine List, which validates the depth and quality. The ever-changing list covers deep Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Priorat, and Rias Baixas, plus South American selections. By-the-glass prices are approachable, and the rotating selection means there is always something new.
Their signature Aperitivos wine flight ($13.50) gives you half-pours of Cava, dry sherry, and red vermouth on the rocks with orange. That flight alone is a masterclass in Spanish drinking culture for the price of a cocktail. Sangria is made with actual Rioja, not the sugar-bomb version. Two Atlanta locations (Inman Park and Westside Ironworks) give you options.
