The Rager

Perrone's has quietly built one of the most serious wine lists on the South Carolina coast and mostly declined to make noise about it. Seven vintages of Chateau Musar, seven Brunellos, grand cru Chablis, and a Coravin program that puts Barolo and Margaux in a glass for the price of a decent cocktail. Go, ask for the reserve list, and let the staff — most of whom have been there over a decade — steer you somewhere you wouldn't have gone alone.
